"Very disappointing experience. The shop is big only in appearance. Every time I ask for medicines, he told to wait “10 minutes, coming from godown”, but the wait turns into one full hour. I later found that they don’t even keep proper stock and instead go to another shop in Sector 31, Nithari to buy the medicines after taking orders. This is misleading and a complete waste of the customer’s time. Please be honest with customers. If medicines are not available, say it clearly instead of giving false excuses. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable."
